Why are we Building the Way Forward? In 2020 the Build on You program was first established as a response to the developing Covid-19 pandemic and associated stay at home orders. Since that time both Build on You and the way we work has changed and evolved. In this program we are reflecting on some of the most popular Live Labs each year for the past three years, as well as looking to the future of learning and ongoing professional development-or as we say 'build on you'.
